JOB DETAILS:
Workday specialist for the eacop contract and procurement (c&p) team (including invoice process). The scope, size, and value of eacop’s contracts vary widely from main complex construction contracts with value of several hundred million usd but also many smaller goods/services contracts under 100 kusd. Workday consultant – procurement/supplier contracts will be reporting to c&p methods engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Service holder shall always demonstrate a continuous commitment to eacop h3se standards
• Familiarization with eacop’s c&p process and invoice receipt / approval process (liaise with c&p methods engineer)
• Familiarization with eacop’s delegation of authorities procedure with focus on the c&p approval process and align with workday erp (liaise with c&p methods engineer)
• Take full knowledge of the current status of workday development and any customizations to suit eacop procedure/requirements.
• Review workday procurement workbooks, ensure definition and seamless implementation (adapting parameters if necessary)
• Participate actively in workday erp testing (e2e) and propose solutions to potential issues
• Participate actively in workday erp gold build and ensure perfect data conversion, migration, and integration
• Liaise actively with workday test leader and with workday consultants 8. Provide workday training and knowledge transfer to c&p team (c&p manager, methods and contract engineers) and assist them actively in the construction of their supplier contract models
• Prepare a workday training guide if necessary (particularly focused on procurement and supplier contracts process)
• Liaise with eacop project cost control and ensure assistance in workday invoice receipt
• Liaise with stakeholders involved in the implementation of workday erp (eacop finance, eacop hr, etc.) And ensure interfaces and consistency between workday modules
• Assist the c&p and cost control teams during the “hypercare” period
• Report to c&p methods engineer
• The finalization of worday erp implementation within eacop (including definition of best workday parameters) – particularly the modules related to the procurement / contract process in alignment with eacop contract and procurement procedure and delegation of authorities
• The assistance to c&p team and project cost control for the definition and registering of main contracts (multi suppliers / multi companies contracts) in workday
• Providing training and assistance to the c&p team and project cost control regarding the use of workday at “go live”.

Qualifications/experience required
• Extensive knowledge of workday erp – specifically the procurement / contract process (up to invoice receipt) – including workday workbooks definition, with the ability to adapt a eacop’s c&p process to workday erp.
• Previous experience of workday proc launch deployments and adjustments to c&p processes to suit workday.
• Experience in oil & gas industry is desirable but not essential.
• Professional experience: approx..10 years of practical experience in workday procurement configuration / management / use.
• Education: degree level
• Other competencies: fluent in english, it proficient, interpersonal skills in international environments
