Q-Sourcing Limited, trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec, is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, and South Sudan.
On behalf of one of our Tanzania based clients, we are looking for a competent and experienced Marketing Manager SADC.
Location: Dar-es Salaam-Tanzania

Job Summary.
The Marketing Manager SADC focuses on the continuous improvement and on-going success of all marketing execution programs in within the SADC Region. The role also manages the performance and optimization of the marketing department’s effectiveness using the current available technology in order to guide the business’s commercial efforts.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Identify, select, engage, and manage vendor relationships, working closely with these in order to review and approve marketing tools and properties in SADC markets.
• Provide leadership and support to programs and campaigns and inform, more efficient and effective executions.
• Chart out the MAPP, FOCO and other program for the business to increase brand awareness within the region
• Spearhead 5ps, shopper marketing programs and perfect stores / market zones programs to drive conversion at POSM
• Develop and maintain detailed plans for key campaigns, promotions and programs, reporting dashboards, workflow tools, documentation, and tracking.
• Collaborate with respective internal stakeholders to determine budgetary allocation and approaches within the Region.
• Define, automate, and streamline marketing operation processes to inform real campaign executions.
• Develop and continuously improve tools that are necessary in the planning and execution of successful, broad, and highly targeted campaigns and adjust future financial strategies based on the departments past financial performance.
• Spearhead the development of trade analytical tools and processes that drive efficiency across the entire marketing department.
• Continuously optimize the effectiveness of SADC marketing programs and campaigns and ensure that marketing and sales efforts stay aligned to the business’s overall goals and objectives.
• Devise strategies that ensure implementation of effective conversion at point of sale
• Develop and manage Marketing Budgets for the SADC region

Qualifications:
• The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, mass communication or any other related discipline
• A Master’s degree in any of the above related fields
• A post graduate diploma in marketing, public relations or Chartered Institute of Marketing qualification is an added advantage
• Over 5 years of working experience in marketing at middle level management and above.
