JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary:
As a Quality Controller, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving the quality of our water products. You will be responsible for implementing and overseeing quality control processes, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for delivering products of the highest quality.

Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance:
• Supervision of all quality control of water production, hygiene and general cleanness of the factory
• To ensure quality assurance policies and procedures are interpreted and implemented
• Assessing quality and sanitary requirements and ensuring that these are met
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the consistency and excellence of water products.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality issues promptly.

Testing and Analysis:
• Investigating and setting standards for quality, health and safety.
• Utilize laboratory equipment and instrumentation for accurate and reliable results.
• Maintain accurate records of test results and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.

Regulatory Compliance:
• Stay current with industry regulations and standards related to water quality.
• Ensuring that production processes comply with standards at required level
• Take care of the government registration and certification; TBS and TDFA
• Setting standard operating procedures

Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with production teams to implement changes.
• Recommend and implement enhancements to quality control procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Documentation:
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of quality control processes and procedures.
• Generate reports summarizing key quality metrics for management review.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Chemistry, Environmental Science, Food Science, or related discipline).
• Proven experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food and beverage or water industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to water quality.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment and testing procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
