JOB DETAILS:
The Company
E.A.L.S Limited is an incorporated company in Tanzania and operates in Tanzania with its head office in Dar es salaam. The primary objective of the company is to provide Logistics integration services to Tanzania Petroleum subsector including oil & gas projects on an end-to-end basis.

The Position: QUALITY OFFICER (Fixed Term Contract)

Position Objective
Provide effective and efficient liaison on quality issues between the organization and the client.
To ensure maintenance of proper quality practices, in adherence to ISO 9001:2015 standard, organizational and client requirements

Key Responsibilities
• Performing daily checks on non-conformance and other related quality issues on site and prepare a remedial action plan
• Analyzing warehousing operative’s data and generate individual performance report on weekly and monthly basis.
• Preparing customer related quality issues report and sharing the same with the client on a monthly basis.
• Carrying out any quality related issues as requested by either by EALS and/or the client
• Inspection of goods returned either rejected by the client due to damage and prepare a customer complaint analysis.
• Conduct audits with the operations team to help consistency in teamwork
• Involve in team driven actions to help improvements
• Interpret and support quality policies and implement guidelines to ensure compliance with quality standards and clients requirements
• Guide organisation personnel through their quality control expectations
• Review corrective and prevent action for all claims.
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop and follow up for corrective action for closure
• Conduct Quality risk assessments and develop mitigation measures and constantly evaluate the same for relevance
• Assisting the HSE Team in his role on a need basis

Education
• Minimum university degree in science or engineering related field

Professional Qualification
• Lead Auditor/Assessor Training on either one of the following:
1. ISO 9001:2015
2. ISO 14000:2015
3. ISO 45001:2018
• However, if the candidate has over 5 years working directly experience with QHSE systems that should suffice

Experience
• 2 years working experience working directly within a QHSE management systems.
• Experience working with the project will be an added advantage
