• Monitor quality of the produce before harvest.
• Team and field Co-ordination.
• Assign and monitor progress of the team.
• Ensure that work is executed as per the planned schedule.
• Ensure the team performs to the required standard and attain the given goals
• Monitor logistics on ground.
• Any other duties assigned by your supervisor
Qualifications
Certificate/Diploma In Agriculture, Agri-business, or any related
