Job Description:
Are you a skilled Quantity Surveyor with a passion for industrial construction projects? Maple Group is seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be a vital part of our industrial construction projects, ensuring cost-efficiency and project success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for industrial construction projects.
• Analyze project specifications, contracts, and design documents.
• Monitor project budgets and provide cost control measures.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Prepare tender documents and manage procurement processes.
• Conduct value engineering and cost-benefit analysis.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Provide timely and detailed financial reports.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in quantity surveying within the industrial construction sector.
• Proficiency in construction estimating software and cost management tools.
• In-depth knowledge of industrial construction contracts and procurement processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration and negotiation.
• Relevant certifications such as AQRB will be an added advantage
