JOB DETAILS:
Job Responsibilities:
• Perform verification and reconciliation of accounts (i.e., Matching and review repayments).
• Maintain appropriate reports, documentation and data.
• Processing refund of customer that are debited via the company application after making payment into the company's account
• Reconcile and verify bank deposits made by customer known as offline repayment in the company.
• Treating of double debit cases for refund and posting of double debit cases for refund
• Accept or reject pay stack transaction dispute after proper verification from ACM (i.e., Treat chargeback from pay stack dashboard)
• Resolving all repayment complaints raised by customers or other company staff

Job Requirements:
• A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 1 year experience in the field
• Familiar with the relevant software programs
• Excellent numerical and analytical abilities
• Excellent in verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to deliver under strict deadlines and handle pressure effectively.

Salary: Basic 350000 + Performance Bonus 150000

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
