Relationship Manager
Job Description:
This role focuses on offering personalized financial solutions to high-net-worth clients. You will work to expand the deposit base, manage existing portfolios, and foster long-term relationships with elite clients. Other responsibilities include providing bespoke financial advice, assessing clients’ financial portfolios, and driving business growth through new client acquisition and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Acquire and manage high-net-worth clients.
• Achieve fee income objectives and manage portfolios.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients.
• Provide financial advice and innovative solutions.
• Regularly review clients’ financial portfolios to align with goals.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies and industry standards.

Qualifications & Experience:
• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Computer literacy and knowledge of emerging technology systems.

Competencies Required:
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.
• Experience in trade finance, syndication, and project financing is a plus.
