JOB DETAILS:

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE 
Bachelor Degree or equivalent 
MBA/ Master’s Degree or a relevant professional qualification will be an advantage 
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Banking, Microfinance or Payments systems 
Product penetration 
Implementation of business and development plan 
Growth of remittance revenue 
Customer services

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 
Business Development 
Develop and execute product plans to support remittance and other digital products 
Identify and implement innovative revenue generating services 
Drive remittance products promotion and rewards to encourage increased adoption and usage 
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders 
Establish relationship with branch business team to achieve the set branch remittance targets 
Recruitment of sub-agents for remittance products to increase cash pick up points. 
Performance Monitoring & Analytics 
Monitor changes and trends in remittance to ensure competitiveness in the market and alignment to customer preference. 
Conduct monthly analysis to ensure product and pricing is in alignment with the industry position. 
Closely monitor customer complaints and improve the process to provide simple, functional and reliable products. 
Communication & Training 
Train and guide staff involved in remittance as per the banks training framework. 
Produce and publish detailed product information guides including features and functions, positioning and pricing. 
Conduct training to all recruited sub agents.
