Job Details
Altezza Travelling Limited wishes to invite competent, qualified, experienced, and dedicated Tanzanians to fill in the Resevation Agent position which is currently available in the company.

Responsibilities
• Processing all types of reservations (hotels, lodges, air tickets, etc.) by email, telephone, or other means of communication;
• Know reservation and other essential policies of the hotels, lodges, and other partners of the company;
• Create and maintain reservation records;
• Process cancellations and modifications to the bookings.
• Process advance deposits and payments on reservations;
• Make sure that all reservations are paid in a timely;
• Inform the managers and financial officers of the company when the payments for the reservations become due;
• Checking the invoices sent by the company’s partner lodges and hotels to make sure that proper rates are applied;
• Following manuals, instructions, and performance guidelines, which may be from time to time announced by the Company.
