3. Reservations Officer Join our front office team as a Reservations Officer, where you will be pivotal in managing bookings and inquiries, ensuring a smooth reservation experience for all agents, tour operators and direct guests. We are looking for someone with:
• 3-5 years of experience in busy hotel and Lodge reservations.
• Proficiency in reservation software and excellent computer skills.
• Strong communication skills and a flair for customer interaction.
• Ability to handle high volumes of customer inquiries via email with precision and care.

Level of Education: Associate Degree
