Engen Petroleum (Tanzania) Limited is looking for high caliber individuals who aspire to build a career within Engen in the following positions:
Retail Network Development Manager
JOB KEY PURPOSE:
To implement and deliver the retail network plan with specific regards to all aspects of network development, site optimization, / and property management, in order to maximize its profitability 1. and returns.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Execution of the retail network master plan.
• Prepare investment appraisals and maintenance capex budget
• Manage all contracts for acquisition, leasing and financing.
• Network administration and property management.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
• A graduate in Management, Engineering, and Sales, or related field.
• A minimum of 7 years' experience in a similar position in OMC or FMCGIs a MUST.
• A person of high integrity, pragmatic and a strong negotiator.
