JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cleaning and Maintenance:
o Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces.
o Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish floors and surfaces.
o Change bed linens, towels, and replenish amenities.
o Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.

2. Inspection and Reporting:
o Inspect rooms and areas to ensure they meet cleanliness standards.
o Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.

3. Guest Interaction:
o Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
o Ensure guest privacy and security while performing duties.

4. Inventory Management:
o Maintain and restock cleaning supplies and amenities.
o Notify supervisors of low inventory levels.

5. Compliance:
o Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
o Adhere to company policies and procedures.

6. Team Collaboration:
o Work closely with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations.
o Assist colleagues during peak periods or as needed.

General Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail & commitment to guest satisfaction
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
