JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities:
• Promote the company’s insurance products,
• Conduct need analysis for customers,
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers,
• Create awareness about the importance of insurance,
• Meet set targets for new business and renewals.
• Proactively follow up with prospective customers for new business and cross-selling,
• Attend periodic training on new products and services,
• Maintain a customer-centric approach and uphold the company’s ethics,
• Ensure over 90% persistency on sourced policies through continuous follow-up.
• Maintain sales compliance in all business transactions.

Qualifications and Experience
• Must have a minimum of Form Four, CoP, diploma, or degree in insurance, o Sales and marketing experience is required.
• Candidates should be 25 years and above with an entrepreneurial mindset, o excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential, o Fluency in English and Kiswahili is essential, o Experience in interacting with customers is preferred.
