Job Description
Our Client, a Manufacturing Company, is looking for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting sales representatives, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining good customer relationships. The Sales Coordinator's responsibilities include supporting sales, ensuring order satisfaction, coordinating with other departments, motivating staff, handling administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities;
• Generate comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Sales Trend analysis for all Branches.
• Monitor and analyze daily market activities, i.e., Total Calls/Productive calls/ Productivity ratio.
• Oversee trade schemes and sampling initiatives.
• Provide crucial support during product launches.
• Assist in executing the sales promotional activities.
• Manage the utilization of point-of-purchase (POP) and point-of-sale materials (POSM).
• Ensure adherence to hygiene standards for both manpower and products.
• Highlight critical issues relate to sales / category performance, if any.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the FMCG / Consumer Products industry.
• Proficiency in sales automation software such as ERP or related software.
• Advanced skills in MIS and Excel.
• Prior experience in the FMCG / Consumer Products industry.
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating General Trade sales.
• Must have effective communicator, team building capabilities and a hustle nature.
• Experience with data analytics for sales analysis.
• Demonstrated ability in handling and maintaining relationships with existing top customers.
