Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
• Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital platforms.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
• Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to highlight value propositions.
• Address client inquiries and objections effectively.
• Develop and execute effective negotiation strategies to secure profitable deals.
• Close sales transactions by aligning solutions with client needs and overcoming objections.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of sales contracts and agreements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the Funnel system.
• Generate regular sales reports and analyse performance metrics.
• Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Utilize market intelligence to identify new opportunities and potential challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support.
• Share market insights and customer feedback to enhance product/service offerings.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and sales techniques.
• Actively participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience. Experience with printing industry will be an added advantage.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Strong verbal and written communicator.
• Excellent phone and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
