Mamujee Africa is a new start-up in the business of packaged food, processing & selling branded snacks. We are a growth-oriented food manufacturer with an emphasis in R&D. Our focus is on bringing to market innovative niche products with an equally strong emphasis in customer satisfaction. .

Sales Manager Responsibilities:
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
• Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
• We are looking for someone with ambition and motivation to go out and drive new business across these channels..

  Requirements
• Degree or diploma in business administration or a related field
• Successful 3 – 5 years previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Must have valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• The ability to motivate and lead a team
