The management of Shamba Milk Ltd invites all suitable qualified Tanzania applicants to fill the following position below...
Position: Sales & Marketing Representatives
Duty Station: Dar .

Key Responsibilities
• Active manage all sells & marketing activities
• Coordinate orders from all declares in the market
• Ensure distribution to all sells points
• Bring new customers as per the target
• Gather & report market intelligence on customers trends & competition set target
• Recruit, train, coach and nurture high perfuming team to achieve set tareget
• Be the voice of the customers in all strategic meetings
• Ensure our values are embedded in every interaction with our customers
• Manage proper adoption and use of all systems, process and technology that influences the buyers experience including website and digital presence
• O time and accurate reports submission
• Come up with ideas for improvements
• Attend to any other responsibility assigned by your leader

Key Qualifications
• Bachelor degree or Diploma in marketing , business administration and any other related fields
• At least 3 years working experience in similar fields
• Experience in sales dealing with fast-moving consumer goods
• Experience in sales and providing solution based on customers’ needs
• Ability in problems solving and negotiations
• Excellent organization skills
• Excellent communication in both English and Swahili language
• Team management
• Ability to work effectively with minimal guidance/supervision
