JOB DETAILS:
We are seeking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to join our sales team.

POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with our sales team to develop strategies for expanding our customer base and maximizing revenue.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients to generate leads and drive sales growth.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet clients’ needs.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors’ activities.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to management.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
