Job Description:
As a member of the Senior Management Team (SMT), the Head of PDQ is responsible for driving cross-functional engagement in the development and delivery of the Country Strategy Plan (CSP). This role involves ensuring the development and delivery of high-quality, evidence-based programs for children, contributing to Save the Children’s global breakthroughs, including Learn, Survive, and Be Protected. The Head of PDQ will also oversee the establishment of robust monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) systems.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proven experience in program management in the NGO sector.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Experience in monitoring and evaluation systems and data collection.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: bachelor degree
