Job Summary:
The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating security operations within the organization. This includes supervising security officers, monitoring security systems, implementing security procedures, and ensuring the safety and security of the premises, personnel, and assets. The Security Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining a secure environment and responding effectively to security incidents.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and manage a team of security officers, including conducting regular patrols, assigning duties, and providing guidance and support.
2. Implement and enforce security procedures and protocols to safeguard the organization’s premises, equipment, and personnel.
3. Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
4. Respond to security incidents and emergencies, such as thefts, disturbances, or medical emergencies, and take appropriate action to resolve the situation.
5. Coordinate with law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and other relevant parties in case of serious security incidents.
6. Maintain accurate records and reports of security activities, incidents, and investigations.
7. Train and educate security staff on security procedures, emergency response protocols, and safety practices.
8. Conduct performance evaluations of security officers and provide feedback on their performance.
9. Stay updated on security trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance the organization’s security posture.

Qualifications and Requirements:
– Proven experience as a security supervisor or a similar supervisory role in the security field.
– Knowledge of security operations, procedures, and best practices.
– Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
– Ability to handle stressful situations and emergencies calmly and effectively.
– Physical fitness and the ability to perform security duties, including standing for long periods and conducting patrols.
