Job Description:
The Senior Manager, ACCM and Gender, is responsible for leading Save the Children Tanzania’s policy, advocacy, and gender strategies across all thematic areas. This role will shape and implement strategies aimed at influencing policies and decision-makers, providing technical oversight on gender integration, and advocating for children’s rights in Tanzania. The manager will be pivotal in the development and review of the national-level advocacy strategy.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Extensive experience in gender-related programming and advocacy.
- Strong understanding of children’s rights and policy issues.
- Experience in strategic leadership and project coordination.

Level of Education: bachelor degree
