Job Overview
We always welcome skilled and experienced individuals to join our team. The SNE is responsible for overseeing the Network Operations Center and ensuring the smooth operation of our network infrastructure. Additionally, the SNE leads a team of NOC engineers, monitors network performance, troubleshoots issues, and implements solutions to optimize network efficiency and reliability.
Responsibility
• Lead and manage the Network Operations Center team.
• Monitor network performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Troubleshoot network issues and implement solutions.
• Ensure network security and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with other teams to optimize network infrastructure.
• Develop and implement network policies and procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and training to NOC engineers.
• Participate in on-call rotations and handle escalated network incidents.
