JOB DETAILS:
Job Responsibilities:
• Supervising warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
• Overseeing receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations.
• Setting up layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
• Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements.
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
• Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
• Maintaining and updating supplier information, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
• Preparing cost analyses, and reports.

Requirements
• University Degree (Msc) concluded Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• Min. 3 years of successful, previous experience in multinational environment.
• Expertise in warehouse procedures, best practices.
• Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Hands on experience with warehouse software and databases.
• Leadership, analytical, organizational skills and ability to manage staff.
• Excellent computer-skills especially logistic related as well as Excel and PP.
• Proactive, well organized, problem solving; dedicated; team-player.
• Excellent (fluent) verbal and written communications skills in English.
