JOB DETAILS:
A club 101 COMPANY in Tanzania based in Dar es salaam that deals in sales and distribution of heavy commercial Vehicles and construction and mining equipment is seeking to recruit dynamic, experienced and qualified candidates for the below mentioned positions

SERVICE ADVISOR
Acts as liaison between customers and service department by communication with customers regarding trucks and equipment problems and repair timeline, and expressing customer concerns to service department. Displays exemplary customer service skills and a sales-minded attitude.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the field of transport vehicle/truck/construction/heavy earthmoving equipment in service department.
  
• Knowledge of parts and services

• Strong communication skills

• Sales experience, enthusiastic attitude, self-motivated
  
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma holder in mechanical or automotive engineering
  

JOB DUTIES

• Receive trucks/equipment at the workshop
  
• Answer customer questions about services, including when to expect vehicle repairs
  
• Display extensive knowledge about products and services.
  
• Prepare jobs cards, descriptions of problems and repairs, estimating the cost and time neded for repairs
  
• Liaises with technicians about parts ordering to ensure requisite parts are available when vehicle repairs require them, and communicated any time restrictions to customers in timely manner
