JOB DETAILS:
Job Description
• Site hunting and landlord negotiation.
• Participating in the acquisition of telecom sites, including obtaining municipal building permits and customer approvals.
• Coordinating interdepartmental activities to prepare technical documentation for clients and obtaining necessary technical and legal certifications such as environmental permits, civil aviation approvals, building permits, deed registrations, rental contracts, and other permissions required for building permits.
• Coordinating with local authorities for building permissions and obtaining technical documentation, including environmental permits, civil aviation approvals, building permits, deed registrations, rental contracts, and other necessary permissions.
• Coordinating with landlords for contract signatures following customer procedures.
• Maintaining relationships with the Sagemcom team, landlords, and customer representatives to secure all permissions required for tower site construction and legalisation.
• Monitoring pending tasks and ensuring completion within allocated timelines to obtain all required documentation at every stage of the project.
• Assisting the construction team throughout the site completion process.

Experience & Qualifications
• Driving experience.
• Experience in real estate or lease contract negotiation.
• Experience in acquisition of land and local administration process of documentation.
• Experience on getting building permission from the municipality.

3 months’ duration post – to start as soon as the candidate is found.
