Job Description
Responsibilities
• Ensure excluded groups’ needs, interests and views are incorporated in the Consultancy’s processes, methodology, data collection and analysis, and Report, with a particular focus on youth and people with disabilities
• Identify barriers and opportunities for women, youth and people with disabilities to participate in decision-making processes related to transport, especially at the community level
• Harmonize the social inclusion perspective with the gender equality perspective across all processes and deliverables
• Oversee and guide Social Inclusion Research Assistant

This is a 7 Months contract.

Requirements
Knowledge and Experience
• Bachelors required / Master’s Degree in Social Sciences preferred
• 7 years’ professional experience conducting social assessments of excluded groups
• 5 years’ research experience, including studies using qualitative methods
• Experience working in Mozambique
• Portuguese and English proficiency
• Experience integrating social inclusion or gender components in the transport sector, desired
