JOB DETAILS:
Educational/Professional qualifications:-
• Must be a holder of Bachelor Degree in one of the following fields: Social Work, Social Welfare, Psychology, Sociology, Guidance and Counselling or equivalent qualifications from recognized Institution;
• Must have good working experience of at least four (4) years in related field;
• Self motivation, able to work under pressure outside working hours with minimum supervision;
• Must be fluent in Swahili and English languages; and
• Must be a Tanzanian citizen.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• To coordinate local community participation in matters relating to maintenance and development of the project;
• To conduct social impacts assessment (SIA) of the project;
• To prepare resettlement plans; and
• To perform such other related duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor.
