JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities;
• Develop a deep understanding of our software solutions, their features, functionalities, and how they address clients' pain points and needs. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with potential clients to understand their technical requirements, challenges, and goals. Proactively present tailored solutions that align with clients' needs, demonstrating how our software solutions can address their specific business issues.
• Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations, both in-person and virtually. Showcase the software's capabilities, highlighting its technical strengths and value propositions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Perform thorough assessments of clients' existing software systems and infrastructure. Identify integration possibilities and articulate how our software can seamlessly integrate and enhance their current operations.
• Provide expert technical guidance to clients, addressing their queries and concerns regarding implementation, customization, data security, scalability, and other technical considerations.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop compelling proposals that clearly articulate the software's technical features, benefits, and potential ROI. Tailor proposals to address each client's unique requirements.
• Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor throughout the sales process. Understand their long term goals and provide insights on how our software can evolve to meet their changing needs.
• Work towards achieving or exceeding sales targets and quotas. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate new leads, close deals, and drive revenue growth.
• Gather insights from the market, competitors, and customer feedback. Provide feedback to internal teams to drive continuous improvement of the software and its market positioning.
• Collaborate closely with the product development and marketing teams to ensure accurate communication of technical features and benefits. Relay customer feedback and requirements to contribute to product enhancements

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven track record in a techno-sales or technical sales role within the IT industry.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly understand and articulate complex software concepts.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to forge relationships with diverse stakeholders, including technical and non-technical decision-makers.
• Experience in creating and delivering engaging product demonstrations and presentations.
• Proficiency in CRM software for tracking and managing leads and opportunities.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on delivering value to clients.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
