JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing and delivering cutting-edge technology solutions for the digital bank. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Solution Architect will be responsible for defining the architectural vision, creating solution blueprints, and ensuring the successful implementation of technology initiatives.

This role requires a deep understanding of banking processes, digital technologies, and strong leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to define solution requirements and business objectives.
• Develop end-to-end solution architectures aligned with the bank’s strategic goals and technology standards.
• Design and document solution blueprints, including system integrations, data models, application interfaces, and security considerations.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend technology platforms, frameworks, and tools that align with the bank’s digital strategy and promote scalability, reliability, and security.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and impact analyses to identify potential challenges and propose mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with external vendors, partners, and internal teams to drive the successful implementation of solutions.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to provide strategic recommendations and maintain a competitive edge.
• Mentor and coach junior architects and development teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Compiling the dolution architecture design documents as per the Bank’s template for all new and existing solutions.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.

Work Experience
• Working experience of 3-5 years in related fields. preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of digital banking processes, core banking systems, payment gateways, and digital channels (web, mobile, API).
• Extensive knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF, and experience with architectural modeling tools.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing scalable, high-performance, and secure solutions using cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Proficiency in programming languages and technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, RESTful APIs).

Preferred Qualifications
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong leadership capabilities and experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in an agile/scrum development environment.
• Professional certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or TOGAF certification, are highly desirable.
