Overview:
Handeni Rural District is one of the 10 districts of Tanga Region in Tanzania. It is bordered to the west by the Kilindi District and the Handeni Urban District, to the north by the Korogwe District, to the east by the Pangani District, and to the south by the Pwani Region. It split in 2002 form the Kilindi District. The administrative capital of the district is Handeni town.

He is announcing One Year Contract jobs for Tanzanians with qualifications and skills to fill the following positions:

6. Standard Technician Il - Construction (1 Position)

a). Applicant Qualifications.
• He/she has graduated from Form VI Education and qualified two (2) years of Vocational Training from a College recognized by the Government in one of the vocational fields or has graduated from Form IV and qualified a three (3) year vocational course from colleges recognized by the Government in one of the technical fields or with a Certificate of Technical Test Stage I from a Technical College recognized by the Government or with an Ordinary Diploma in technical fields from a College recognized by the Government.

d) Tasks and Responsibilities Standard Technician ll.
• Doing construction work on house walls, painting and installing pipes.
• Carving equipment for Government houses including "furniture"
• To carry out survey works of roads, buildings and canals as he will explain.
• Assigning work to Assistant Design Technicians and making sure they finish as planned.
