Job Description
Job Summary

Greenlink is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage our inventory, including both new and second-hand solar products and tools. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient operations and supporting our mission to provide sustainable solar solutions.

Responsibilities;
• Oversee all incoming and outgoing stocks, including new and second-hand solar equipment and tools. Ensure accurate tracking and safe storage of all items.
• Regularly monitor stock levels, anticipate supply needs, and coordinate timely replenishment to prevent shortages.
• Maintain up-to-date records of inventory, including quantities, conditions, and locations. Utilize inventory management software for real-time tracking and reporting.
• Inspect incoming goods for quality and accuracy. Manage returns and exchanges of defective or incorrect items.
• Keep track of all tools issued to technicians, ensuring they are returned and stored properly after use. Schedule regular maintenance and replacement of tools as needed.
• Collaborate with the procurement and technical teams to understand equipment needs and facilitate smooth operations.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, discrepancies, and other relevant metrics for management review.
• Ensure the storeroom adheres to safety standards and company policies. Manage waste and recycling of materials in an eco-friendly manner.

Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with solar products and tools is highly advantageous.
• Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent. Further education or certification in supply chain management is a plus.
