Job Description
Reports to: Warehouse Team Lead

Responsibilities
• Assisting the line manager in all aspects of the store management process.
• Knowledge of basics of stores process like receiving, issues, inventory process, storage & handling.
• Keeping the parts as per 7S storage for higher efficiency.
• Check & verify of PO available against invoice received from supplier.
• Receiving & balancing of invoice after unpacking & verification as per invoice qty.
• Recording & reporting of any non-conformances like short/excess/damage/wrong/miss of any parts against receipts.
• Allocation of new bin location & movement of parts to appropriate bin locations.
• Receiving of requisition, picking, packing & dispatch of lines on daily basis against sales order received.
• Performance criteria to be mapped & monitored for everyone.
• Maintaining a safe and secure environment of the facilities in warehouse like vehicle, equipment’s & machines.
• Ensuring a clean and visually pleasing store environment by maintaining 5S.
• Safety check sheet & safety calendar to be monitored along with near miss incidents capturing.
• Improvement in productivity by implementing Kaizens.
• Daily, weekly & monthly reports for stores to be prepared & circulated.
• Awareness of perpetual counting & annual stock count process.

Requirements
• Diploma certificate in Procurement or equivalent qualification.
• 5+years of proven work experience in stores operations.

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Associate Degree
