JOB DETAILS:
On behalf of our reputable client, HR World Ltd is looking for a Supply Graduate Trainee to support the Supply Manager in providing stock, supply, logistics to the business by managing and coordinating these functions for incoming vessels and depots.

Responsibilities;
• Ensures effective alignment and coordination of the LPG and Bulk Procurement ordering process with other key business areas.
• Meets performance and quality standards with regards to the management and control of LPG and fuel supplies and stocks for the company.
• Ensures processes are executed following appropriate control standards and complying with all company policies.
• Optimize storage costs and maximize storage revenues
• Responsible for the supervision of the LPG and Bulk Procurement Process ensuring that supply and stocks are managed effectively to avoid over/under stocking, ensuring complying with quality control standards and with all legislative and company policies.
• Manage supply and ordering of LPG and fuel stocks in such a way that it ensures maximum revenue and minimum storage costs and losses. Ensure that the supply and stock management plan is focused on delivering optimum supply and maximum revenue while controlling and reducing risk of over stocking.
• Develop and Put in Place a professional Supply and Storage management plan for the company with Key Performance indicators
• Ensure accuracy of the information being used to make key decisions.
• Ensures process flow of the individual transactions within the Mass Balance report is smooth and timely. Serves as gatekeeper for other teams to highlight and identify issues that require immediate attention.
• Review and post all variations identified, reported, and justified by Downstream Operation Stock Controller.

Qualifications;
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Mathematics/Engineering/Business Administration, or any related field
• Strong in computer and ERP, in particular, MS Office
• Project Management skills
• Planning and Organizing
• Strong commercial skills
