Role purpose:
a. System Infrastructure Management and Administration
b. System Security Management.
c. System Performance Monitoring and Management
d. Storage Capacity Management and monitoring
e. Virtual, Private Cloud Infra and Systems administration
f. Server Operating System Management
g. Backup and restore management

Key accountabilities and decision ownership
a. 1.Systems Deployment
b. 2.Systems Maintenance & Monitoring
c. 3.Systems Security & Compliance
d. 4.Business Continuity Management
e. 5.Customer Or End User Support
f. 6.Self Development

Must have technical/professional qualifications:
a. Bachelor Degree in Telecommunications or Computer Science and the like
b. At least 2 years’ Experience in IT System Infrastructure.
c. Knowledge in Centralised Netapp Storage
d. Knowledge on Virtual and Private and AWS Cloud systems, (VMWARE V-Suite).
e. RDBMS Databases – MS SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, Maria etc.
f. Windows Server 2016 and above, Red hat UNIX/Linux Operating Systems, F5 Load balancers.
g. Knowledge on HP/Dell/Oracle Hardware
h. Backup Software and Hardware (EMC Commvault, Oracle ZFS, Netapp, NetBackup, EMC Networker and Commvault storage)
