INVITATION FOR TENDERS
Heart to Heart Foundation (HtHF) is an NGO with its headquartering located in South Korea and six branches in different countries. It was established in 1988 to bring beautiful society by support both domestic and international children and their families, who are suffering from poverty, disease and disability. HtHF has worked in Tanzania since 2009 dealing with Health issues and launched the Tanzania branch on June 30th, 2011 with registration No. 00NG0/00004737.
Heart to Heart Foundation is implementing National Sanitation Campaign through its three-year (2024—2026) project titled “Community based comprehensive WASH project in Mtama District, Tanzania”
As part of project Heart to Heart Foundation (HtHF) has set fund aside for drilling of boreholes to 6 health centres and installation of submissible water pump/solar pump in Mtama District
Heart to Heart Foundation now invites sealed Tenders from eligible national contractors registered or capable of being registered as drilling contractors in Class seven and above for carrying out the Geophysical survey and drilling of boreholes to 6 health centres located in Mtama, Nyangamala and Nahukahuka Divisions and installation of submissible water pump/solar pump Mtama District.
Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding. Country Program Manager of Heart to Heart Foundation invite the interested & eligible Tenderers may obtain further information form and inspect the Tendering Documents at the office of Heart to Heart Foundation, Plot N036/37 Block, Jamuhuri St. Lindi P.0. Box 412 Lindi from 7:30 to 16:30 on Mondays to Fridays
inclusive except on public holidays.
A complete set of Tendering Document(s) in English and additional sets may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 5 above and upon payment of a non- refundable fee of Tshs 100,000/=. Payment should be by Cash or mobile money system payable to Heart to Heart Foundation.
All Tenders in one original plus ONE copy properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address Branch Manager/Programme Manager, Heart to Heart Foundation, Plot N036/37 Block, Jamuhuri St. Lindi P.0. Box 412 Lindi due on 6th,August 2024 at 18:00hrs pm. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the Heart to Heart Foundation office at 10:00 a.m on 7th August, 2024 For Tender opening.
Late Tenders portion of Tenders, electronic Tenders, and Tenders not received, Tenders not opened at the Tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
