TENDER NOTICE HIRE ONE VEHICLE FOR THE  MEETING TARGETS AND MAINTAINING EPIDEMIC CONTROL (EpiC) PROJECT FOR CONNECT COMMUNITY WITH ADVOCACY AND EMPOWERMENT (COCOWAETA) IN MOROGORO DISTRICT COUNCIL, MOROGORO REGION.

COCOWAETA Tanzania is a Civil Society Organization (CSO) registered in Tanzania with registration No 00NGO/00008731 and it is working in collaboration with Ministry of Health (MoH) to Meeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control (EpiC) is a global project funded by the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) and the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) which is dedicated to achieving and maintaining HIV epidemic control.  It is led by FHI 360 as prime and has a five-year period of performance from April 15, 2019 to April 14, 2024.

 Purpose of the call for Tender

 Connect Community with Advocacy and Empowerment (COCOWAETA), in Morogoro District Council, Morogoro region, is making a call for Tender to provide the followings categories.

We would like to hire vehicle for the EpiC project FY 22/23 through FHI360) which will be implemented in Morogoro District Council, Morogoro Region.

Please note the following;

• Four by four (4×4) vehicles to transport teams for an average of 50 km/day for approximately 18 days
• Rate per day (below 50 km/day)
• Rate per km for each km above 50 km/day
• Rate above 100/km a day
• Rate per non-working day (Sundays and public holidays)
• Business License
• Company Profile

 The offer is valid for a period of 7 Days from 2^nd January up to 9^th January 2023.

Selection process.

The opening of administrative documents and technical offer will be done at COCOWAETA Office in Morogoro on 10^th  January 2023 by The Procurement Committee. Only the successful bidder will be notified.

COCOWAETA reserves the Right to Accept or Reject any Submission and cancel the bidding process or to reject all bids, at any prior to Contract award.
