The Catholic University of Health and Allied Sciences’ Tender Committee invites sealed bids from eligible bidders on supplying Consumables and Provision of Food Services to Catholic University of Health and Allied Sciences (CUHAS)- Bugando as follows:

Lot 1: Supply of Stationery

i. Stationery

ii. Printing Services

Lot 2: Supply of Special Faculty requirements/Medical training equipment

Lot 3: Supply of Laboratory Supplies

Lot 4: Supply of ICT Equipments

Lot 5: Supply of Electrical Supplies

Lot 6: Supply of Plumbing Supplies

Lot 7: Supply of Building Supplies

Lot 8: Provision of Food Services

Lot 9: Repair, Maintenance and Services for:

i. Vehicles

ii. Air Conditioners

iii. Lift

iv. Generators

v. ICT Equipment

1. Bids must be sealed and clearly marked “Tender for Lot ..”

2. Tender documents should be obtained from the Tender Committee’s secretary office No. C309 – 3rd Floor Administration Block; for a NON REFUNDABLE of One Hundred Thousand Shillings (100,000/=)only

3. Payment should be made through CRDB bank account number 01J1054045501, CUHAS –

BUGANDO and receipt shall be issued upon payment.

4. The bank slips should be marked “Payment for tender lot ..”

5. The interested bidder should submit two copies (Original and copy) of the tender document

6. Resident Bidders will be given more consideration

7. All tenders must be addressed to the office of the Vice Chancellor – CUHAS P.0.BOX 1464, Mwanza, not later than 21st July, 2023 at 10: 30 am

8. Late, Faxed or e-mailed bids will not be accepted.

9. All Tenders must be submitted to office No.C309 – 3rd floor, Administration Block- CUHAS

10. Tenders will be opened on 21st July, 2023 at 12:00pm, in the presence of bidders or their representatives at CUHAS Board Room.
