Job Summary:
The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and present menus.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner.
• Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items.
• Ensure tables are clean and properly set up.
• Handle customer payments and process transactions.
• Address customer complaints or concerns and escalate if necessary.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.

General Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail & commitment to guest satisfaction
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
