JOB DETAILS:
Job Description:
Ensure smooth warehouse operations and efficient logistics processes while assisting in inventory management, shipping & receiving inventories, and general warehouse tasks while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Warehouse Operations:
• Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing inventory in the warehouse.
• Perform regular stock checks and update inventory records.
• Ensure goods are properly labelled and stored in designated locations.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.

Logistics Support:
• Assist in preparing and processing shipments, including packing and labelling.
• Coordinate with transport providers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Support in tracking shipments and updating relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in maintaining documentation related to shipments and inventory.

Administrative & Compliance:
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements.
• Assist in generating reports for stock levels and logistics performance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.

Qualifications:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 – 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Physical ability to lift and move goods if required.
