- The objective of pre-qualification is to identify competent firms/companies which will be called upon from time to time to quote/tender for supply of goods/provision of works and services during the financial year 2024, and will form the list of EQUPOINT preferred suppliers for the period of one year.
- Interested eligible Applicant may submit electronic copy of Pre-qualification document through the following email: info@equpointproperty.co.tz or to submit a hard copy at EQUPOINT-Procurement office from Tuesday to Thursday from 10:00 to 16:00
- The outer cover shall clearly be marked “PREQUALIFICATI0N-EQU/001/2024/2025/ LOT No…………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………. And for the…………….. (Description of lot Services).
- All Applicants should be in one original document properly filled in, and enclosed in identified envelopes must be delivered physically at EQUPOINT PROPERTIES LTD Railway street, Mchafukoge,Najimi Manzil Building,5th Floor Room 5A, P.O.Box 35672, Dar es salaam, Tanzania and submitted to Reception . The deadline for submission of application is 10:00 am local time on August 9,2024
- Late applications and electronic applications will not be considered for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
- EQUPOINT PROPERTIES LTD now invites the suitably qualified and competent bidders to submit the sealed pre-qualification documents for the lot number as listed below.

Particular Instruction to Applicant
The following specific data for the goods to be procured shall complement, supplement, or amend the provisions in the Instructions to Applicant (ITA).

Notes on form of Qualification information. The information to be filled in by Applicants will be used for the purpose of post qualification or for verification of pre-qualification as provided in clause 14 of the instruction to Applicants. The applicant must submit the following information/requirement(s): Company Profile. Application Forms. Valid Business license. Enclose the Power of attorney to signatory of the shortlisting document. Experience and past performance on similar assignment/service delivery performed in the last two years. Tax clearance certificate (for local companies) Taxpayer identification number (TIN) certificate. Description of items (product or services specification) Legal information. Copy of recent audited financial statements for last two years. Certificate of incorporation Any other information as deemed necessary by management. |

| 7. | 17.1 | Any application received by the procuring entity after the time and date stipulated for submission of application shall be rejected. |
| 8. | 22.1 | The procurer shall respond to any request for clarification received two weeks before deadline for bid submission. |
| 9. | 22.2 | The Employer shall use factors, methods, criteria, and requirements defined in qualification criteria and requirements to evaluate the qualification of the Applicants. |
