• We’re on the lookout for an exceptional Local Area Representative .
This role will be based in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania.
As a Local Area Representative, you will be responsible for
• Achievong all secondary sales targets for all assigned SKU’s
• Full sales coverage as per assigned PJP
• Productive calls coverage
• Ensure that the TTS – Trading Terms (e.g retail disc) are being utilised within the location
• Plan sell out target by SKU for each customer in keeping with overall secondary sales target with the guidance of the IQ recommendations
• Achieve numeric distribution target as required
• Continously drive established and agreed upon ways of selling in the trade
• Ensure in-store implementation of company merchandising standards and cycle priorities
• Work on the opportunities spotted during the store check
• Ensure proper stock rotation with customers e.g move stocks from slow to fast moving shops to prevent expiry or damage
• Ensure proper storage of products
• Replace damaged product as per the trade returns policy
Requirements
What are we looking for?
To qualify for this role, you should:
• Achieve a grade D+ (D Plus) in secondary education, certificate and Diploma in sales and Marketing or Business administration.
• 6 months to one year experience in merchandising, having worked in Beverages/Alcohol industry will be added advantage.

• We’re on the lookout for an experienced Direct Sales Representative to be based in Mwanza.
As a Direct Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
• Coverage Target. Ensure target number of outlet are visited per day and per month are achieved.
• Productivity :Ensure target number of outlet purchase the product are achieved.
• Customers Satisfaction: Build relationships, communicate problems, and make suggestions regarding solutions
• Sales Targets: Ensure sales targets are achieved.
• Effective Self-Management: Ensure that quality and productivity standards are consistently and accurately maintained.

Main Responsibilities• Acquire new bank customers by appointment, referral solicitation or door to door canvas in the assigned territory
• Opening bank accounts to new customers and collect account opening fees for onward delivery to the branch
• Register customer to NMB mkononi and educate on the usage of our self-service channels
• Ensure all account opened meet the required KYC standards as per the bank's processes and procedures
• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly or yearly sales quotas
• Generate leads, upsell and cross-sell bank products and services from the customers
• Participate in campaigns, special projects & events to sell bank products and services
• Identify repeat businesses and create relationship by regular selling of bank products & services
• Assist management in identifying viable marketing and pricing strategies
• Safe keeping of working tools and marketing materials
• Continuous upgrade and improve sales presentation (avoid miss-selling) and knowledge of products, services and bank tariffs
• Perform any other relevant duties as assigned
