JOB DETAILS:
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Keep the Project Site Manager informed of PAC concerns, issues, and grievances arising from contractor activities, including plans for resolution or remedies.
• Implement routine and non-routine assurance of contractor implementation of their Social Contractor Implementation Plans and Procedures (CIPP).
• Document and issue contractor non-conformances observed.
• Issue and track completion of contractor implementation of corrective actions.
Mandatory Requirements:
• Must be attracted to high-intensity, multidisciplinary, and dynamic work environments.
• Advanced degree in Social Science, Sociology, Social Anthropology, Stakeholder Engagement, Community Development, or a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in industry construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of construction-related activities, community relations, stakeholder engagement, grievance redress, and management of risks.
• Practical experience in identifying, managing, and mitigating social risks and impacts.

Experience in Months: 60
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
