- exposed and -infected children and adolescents in the Lake and Southern Highlands Zones of Tanzania through service delivery, training and research. Baylor-Tanzania is part of the Baylor College of Medicine international Pediatric AIDS Initiative (BIPAI) Clinical centers of Excellence Network. which is headquartered at Texas Children's Hospital, Houston. Texas, USA. Through collaboration with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Government of Tanzania through the Ministry of Health. Community Development, Gender, Elderly and Children. Baylor-Tanzania is looking for highly motivated, well-qualified individuals to join its growing program team under USAID

P0ST: Finance Manager (1)
Location: Mbeya

Position Summary:
Reporting to the Finance Director. the Finance Manager will be responsible for efficient and effective management of daily operations of the Finance Department in the COE. During program implementation, Finance Managers will be responsible for all preparations of program financial reports

Minimum Qualification d

• A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Advance Diploma in Accounting or Finance and must be in possession of an accounting qualification such as ACCA, or CPA "
