Job Description
Job Title: Graphic designer
Job Location: Arusha, Tanzania

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced person to take on the role of Graphic designer responsible for developing and designing layouts, illustrations and images for a wide range medium such as websites, advertisement, brochures, packaging and more.

Responsibilities& Duties:
• Design and produce marketing materials
• Develop digital assets
• Collaborative with the marketing team to understand their requirements and develop creative solutions.
• Maintain brand consistency as per hotel guidelines
• Stay up to date with industry trends
• Coordinate with external vendors such as printing companies or photographers
• Conduct market research by keeping with industry trends and analyse competitors

Qualifications and Experience:
• Languages: Fluent written and spoken English and Kiswahili
• Proficiency in graphic design software’s such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• 1 to 2 years of experience as a Graphic design, preferably in the service sector or luxury brands.
• Design knowledge and understanding of the latest trends, design techniques, tools, principals involved in production drawings and models.
• Communications and media knowledge of media production, communication and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral and visual media.

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
