JOB DETAILS:
As member of the Senior Management Team of the leading DMC in Zanzibar are you responsible for our MICE business, which is mostly incentives and groups. From quotation to operation of this department are you the sole lead with the support of your management members and their departments. Participation on international MICE shows

Additional Tasks
Project Management in Marketing, Product and Revenue. Administrational tasks.

Skills needed

• Fluent in English verbal and written
  
• Preferable another language (Italian, German, French or Spanish)
  
• Tourism degree or similar
  
• 5+ years’ work experience in MICE (DMC or AGENT or TO)
  
• Team player
  
• Hard working, passionate and business driven
  
• able to live and work on an African island in the Indian ocean
  
• MS Office
  
• computer literate
  
• forward thinking
  
• customer care
  
• common sense (very important)
  
• able to adjust to work in a developing country while serving to European clients

Package depending on experience 2800 – 3500 USD net salary
