JOB DETAILS:
Position Overview:
Join our dynamic IT team as an IT Executive and take charge of maintaining and optimizing the organization's IT systems. You'll support daily IT operations, troubleshoot issues, manage infrastructure, and contribute to IT projects to ensure smooth, secure, and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support & troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues
• Monitor and maintain secure network infrastructure
• Manage IT security protocols, firewall & antivirus systems
• Lead IT projects, hardware/software deployments & network updates
• Document procedures & train staff on IT best practices
• Manage IT inventory, licenses & warranties

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+ preferred
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT support or network administration
• Mandatory experience in ERP Systems & familiarity with SharePoint

Skills:
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Attention to detail & proactive approach
