Baylor-Tanzania is part of the Baylor College of Medicine international Pediatric AIDS Initiative (BIPAI) Clinical centers of Excellence Network. which is headquartered at Texas Children's Hospital, Houston. Texas, USA. Through collaboration with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Government of Tanzania through the Ministry of Health. Community Development, Gender, Elderly and Children. Baylor-Tanzania is looking for highly motivated, well-qualified individuals to join its growing program team under USAID

Post: Receptionist (1)
Location: Mwanza

Position Summary
The Receptionist is responsible for welcoming patients and visitors to the Baylor Tanzania Center of Excellence [COB], directing them to the appropriate departments. and scheduling follow-up appointments for patients. She/he will also help patients navigate the health care systems at the COE and attached referral hospitals, and is involved in LTFU and tracking programs. She/he will also assist with clinic flow (identifying bottlenecks), translation, and waiting room education.

Minimum Qualification

• Certificate in Secondary Education and Certificate in secretarial services or related qualifications
  
• At least two years of clerical experience or training at secretarial college”
