Job description
We are looking for a ROOM SERVICE SUPERVISOR to join our team at the NEW Gran Meliá Arusha!
Your main mission will be to constantly plan, monitor, control and organize all room service operation according to Company’s vision, plan and best practices of the industry. You will take full responsibility of all Room Service financial operations including cash handling, maintaining correct float levels throughout operation and to ensure that it is stored in the correct and secure place. To be an effective team leader who enhances staff motivation and retention within the department.
REQUIREMENTS
• -Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position
• -Previous experience in 5* hotels will be highly valued
• -Academic Training according to the position
• -English skills
• -Punctuality and dedication to work
• -Interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality
