JOB DETAILS:
Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our recruitment firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills to attract and retain clients in need of top talent.

Responsibilities:
• Business Development: Identify and secure new clients who require recruitment services, including executive search, staffing, and HR solutions.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and offering tailored recruitment solutions.
• Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research, identify, and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking events.
• Negotiation & Closing Deals: Prepare proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close deals with clients.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and recruitment market demands.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure successful candidate placements and client satisfaction.
• Reporting & Performance Tracking: Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue reports.

Requirements
Knowledge and Experience
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales, recruitment, HR consulting, or a related industry.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Microsoft Office.
• Must have a strong network, driven and hustler who is a hunter
